# How to Delete My Account

## Do you want to delete your EntryLevel account? We understand that circumstances change, and that you may want your account to be deleted.

### **Requesting account deletion**

Compose an email from the email address associated with your EntryLevel account. Address the email to [help@startwithhex.com](mailto:help@startwithhex.com)

In the email subject, write **"Account Deletion Request"** to ensure a swift response from our support team.

In the body of the email, you may include a brief message expressing your desire to delete your EntryLevel account, and include any other relevant information to help us locate your account.

Your account will be deleted within 7 days from the time we receive your request. We understand the importance of your privacy and will ensure that your information is securely removed from our system.

### **Confirmation**

After your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team. This email serves as verification that your EntryLevel account has been permanently removed.

### **Important Notes:**

- All data associated with your account, including progress, history, and personal information, will be permanently deleted.
- It's important to note that once your data is erased, this process is not reversible.
- EntryLevel may keep a record of the email requesting account deletion.
- For accounting purposes, purchase data will be anonymised rather than erased.
